I have been practicing massage therapy and yoga for over 10 years.  In 2010 I became certified to teach yoga, began my training in Thai Yoga Massage and started making videos for YouTube.  The last ten years have been an incredible journey towards living the life of my dreams and serving the greater community in the best way I know how.

After years of creating content for the PsycheTruth and YogaTX YouTube channels, I am finally stepping out on my own and running my own personal channel as well as my subscription community channel, hosted by VHX.  As these platforms grow, I intend to provide fresh new yoga videos to inspire your journey, as well as lifestyle wellness videos to help you live the healthiest, happiest life of your dreams!
