       But I am a Teacher and I literally have a Lifetime of studies lending to my Expertise.  I share from a Deep Body of Knowledge that spans 30 years of Training and Practice

  • I have 20+ years of classical Dance training where I learned Anatomy and Physiology of the body, Kinesiology, Somatic Therapies, as well as Movement Therapies.  

  • I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years and have studied various modalities such as Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and various styles of Deep Tissue massage. In the last 8 years I have developed my love for, and specialization in, Thai Yoga Massage. 

  • I have spent the last 8 years teaching various styles of yoga, as well as developing my online yoga libraries.  Over the course of my training I have practiced Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram/Hot Yoga, Anusara, Power, Vinyasa, and Yin/Gentle practices. 

  • I have traveled the world numerous times studying diverse cultural traditions, techniques, and practices.  I have been able to learn Herbal Medicine, Meditation Techniques, Cooking Methods and so much more.

Day 1 We Begin and End with the SELF.  

Your relationship with Yourself is the Foundation where Wellness begins and is the place You return when You are feeling Your Best!  

Based on the three principles of Body, Mind, and Spirit we will unfold deeper layers of meaning behind each one.  

"The Self is the Seed. And it is the Lotus in Full Bloom." 

Day 2 Dive deeper into Mind and Explore the Value of Education and Learning.

By continuously taking in new information You are continuously

growing. It is through this growth that You evolve into Better and Better versions of Yourself. 

Even by reading this right now you are Learning and Growing.  

Day 3 Tame the Mind through Meditation and Contemplation.  


I will be sharing some of my favorite meditation techniques that

encourage feelings of Peace and Well Being in Body and Mind. Even if you are BRAND NEW to Meditation, I will ease you into that calm, quiet place with tried and true grounding techniques. 

By taming Your mind You can actually CHOOSE to feel better! 

I am going to teach you how! 

Day 4 Move into your Body with Physical Practice.  Regardless of what you practice, Movement is absolutely essential to the health of your Body. 

Chronic Back Pain, Sciatica, and Neck & Shoulder Tension are all too common among those of us bound to our desks, computers, and cell phones. I'm getting Chronic Back Pain from sitting here writing this right now! 


Yoga is one of my favorite methods of unwinding that tension and Together we will experience the difference daily practice can make. 

Day 5 Uncover the role Nutrition plays in our overall Wellness. 


The concept of "Food As Medicine" is as old as Medicine Itself.   With

countless dietary options out there (i.e. Blood Type, Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, etc.) We will explore what a "Healthy Diet" actually even is and how to determine FOR YOURSELF what feels Right for you.

Day 6 No Week of Wellness could be spent without a little time for Self Care. 


All too often we fill our days and our nights caring for and tending

to the wants, needs, and desires of others without ever giving ourselves permission to care for ourselves.  In fact, many people feel Guilty or Selfish for taking time for themselves. 


We will consider the importance of filling Your Own Cup First and I'll be giving you some tips on how to do exactly that. 

Day 7 Our Week Concludes with a look into Selfless Service.  

Once your basic Health needs are met You can begin to Ascend into

higher levels of Well Being.  Service means offering Your Unique Gifts and Talents into the world and living fully in your Purpose.  

Doing something kind for someone else will Always make You feel a whole lot better!
